Some few weeks ago he had a serious operation at Peoria, but was getting along nicely, and on Feb. 10, while on his way to a physician, and while attempting to cross the tracks to board a street car, he was struck by same and killed instantly...He leaves to mourn his loss six children, one brother and four sisters. The deceased was a member of the German Evangelical Lutheran Church of Four Corners. The funeral was held last Saturday from his home at 10:30 o'clock, services conducted by Rev.
