REIS Dies At Care Facility

Benjamin J. REIS, 76 died at 11:30 p.m. April 16 at Jefferson County Care Facility, where he had made his home since 1943.

He was born Aug. 6, 1901 in Jefferson County, the son of John and Mary KOCH REIS and lived here all his life. He had been a farmer.

There are no survivors.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne L. Bartruff will officiate.

The body is at the Behner Funeral Home.
