Mrs. Ed. (Asenith FRASHER) RUGAN, about 57, died yesterday in Davenport. Sister of Geo. FRASHER of this city. Resided many years near Richwoods. Survived by husband, one daughter, Ruth, also one sister, Mrs. Mary HOLMAN of Mankato, Kans., and brother Geo. FRASHER of this city. Remains will be taken to Chicago for interment.
