MRS. MARGARET FRASHER, a resident of Jefferson County since 1857, died at Salina on the 2d inst. from paralysis. She was in the eighty-third year of her age. The remains were interred in the Lower Richwoods Friday, Rev. Carson conducting the funeral services.

The Brighton NEWS records the death of Mrs. Margaret FRASHER, mother of G. H. FRASHER, at her home at Salina Thursday morning, aged 82 years and 5 months. She was born in Huntington county, Pa., and has lived in Ohio and Wisconsin, in which latter state her husband died in 1859. Four children survive her, three of whom were present at the funeral, which took place at 10 o'clock last Friday, at Lower Richwoods. She has belonged to the M. E. church for 65 years past.

Admin. note: Per a Family Group Sheet, her maiden name was CHILCOTE; she was the wife of Peter FRASHER.
