Mrs. Willis H. WOOD, 42, prominent resident of Fairfield, died Sun. afternoon at her home, 110½ W. Burlington. Bur. Evergreen Cem. Carolyn Cornelia WOOD was born Jan. 14, 1906 in Jefferson County, dau. of John and Emma KIENTZ CRAFF.... married June 1, 1927 Willis H. WOOD who survives. Spent her entire life in Jefferson County, and had lived in Fairfield for about 25 years. Member Germanville Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aux. of the Fairfield Fire Dept. Survived by husband and three sons: John, now serving in the U. S. Navy and stationed at Philadelphia; Teddy and Bobby at home; also by her mother, Mrs. John CRAFF who has been living with the WOOD family for the past 11 years.
