A GOOD MAN GONE.

W. H. KNERR, one of the best and best known citizens of Walnut township, died at his home near Germanville Saturday. MR. KNERR was born in Ohio in 1838 and came to this county with his father, the late Jacob KNERR, when a child of two years. Practically all his life was spent in Walnut township, and he died on the farm which his father entered. He was married to Susan SINN and the wife and two children, Alvin and Clara, survive him. Mr. KNERR was a man of exemplary habits and strong character. He will be missed in the community of which he has so long been a part. The body was buried near his old home Monday.

Admin. note: Buried in Hope Lutheran Cemetery with wife Susanna who died in 1923.
