Mrs. Margaret Kientz, 70 year old widow of John Kientz, died today at 8 a.m. at the home of her daughter Mrs. Henry Wolf near Germanville. Born in Walnut township, Jefferson County, Iowa in 1865, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Casper Hildebrand (sp?). Husband died July 1913. Survived by three children: Mrs. Wolf, Mrs. Otto Lamansky of Brighton, and Lester who lives on the home place. One Infant preceded her in death. Also leaves 7 grandchildren and one sister Mrs. Anna Weibel of (unreadable: Mt. Pleasant (?)). Obit. Ledger, Jan 9 1936: burial Hillcrest, Brighton.
