STOCKPORT - Services for Robert O. JOHNSON, 80, Stockport, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stockport United Methodist Church with the Rev. E. E. Niederhuth officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery east of Stockport. Arrangements are in chargeof the Behner Funeral Home.
JOHNSON died at 11:35 p.m. Sunday at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield. He had been in failing health for a number of years and seriously ill the past two weeks.
He had lived over 60 years in the Stockport Community and worked a lifetime as a farmer.
Born Oct. 7, 1901 in Milton, he was the son of James and Ella CAMPBELL JOHNSON. He was married to Opal HALL Nov. 11, 1933, in Macomb, Ill. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters and a son, Twila KELLER, Fairfield; Barbara GIBERSON, Stockport; Bobby JOHNSON, Fairfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and five sisters: Neomi BROWN, Mahnomen, Minn.; Emogene HEATON, Donnellson; Alma ROSANDER, Galva, Ill.; Irene BROWN, Brimingham; and Grace LYONS, Eldon.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and one grandchild. Friends may choose their own memorials.
