MRS. KATE CHUCK RITES YESTERDAY
Former Pleasant Plain Resident Died in Chicago; Buried at Polishville

Mrs. Kate CHUCK, who passed away Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martha WIORA, in Chicago, was brought back to her former home at Pleasant Plain for burial. The funeral services were held yesterday morning at 10 oclock from St. Mary's church at Polishville in charge of Rev. J. Kopinginski. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. CHUCK was 83 years, 6 months old at the time of her death. She had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. WIORA, for the past four years previous to that time she lived at Pleasant Plain, since the death of her husband. her husband preceded her in death eight years ago.

Mr. and Mrs. CHUCK were well known in the Pleasant Plain community, having lived there 25 years.

Surviving to mourn the loss of a loving mother are four children, one son and three daughters: Frank CHUCK of Pleasant Plain and Martha WIORA, Frances GORMICK and Gertrude PECK all of Chicago.
