BRIGHTON ENTERPRISE, Sat. Dec. 24, 1910 (1-6).

Ludwick Schrack, the 13 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schrack who live 3 ½ miles south of East Pleasant Plain, was thrown from a horse last Friday and so seriously injured that he died 2 ½ hours later…..Survived by parents and 7 sisters. The funeral was held at the Polish Catholic church south of town Monday.

...A very sad accident which resulted in the death of the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert SCHRACK occurred near their home southeast of town Friday. The boy was riding one of the horses which became unmanageable and threw him in such a manner as to cause his death in a short time. He was buried in the cemetery near the Polish church. The parents have the sympathy of all the neighbors and friends. ...
