Wilbert Zelinski, 35, died Sat. morning at the Jefferson County hospital where he was taken following a stroke of paralysis he had suffered Tuesday. He had been in his customary health prior to Tuesday., His home was on a farm southwest of Brighton.

W. J. ZELINSKI PASSES AWAY

Wilbert J. ZELINSKI, 35, of East Plain (sic - East Pleasant Plain), passed away at 6:45 this morning at the Jefferson county hospital where he had been a patient for several days. He had suffered a stroke of apoplexy four days ago.

Surviving are his father, Joe ZELINSKI,, one brother and one sister. His mother preceded him in death.

The body was taken to the Frank Hoskins funeral home in Brighton, pending arrangements for services.

Services will be held Monday morning, October 9, at 10:00 a.m. from the Polish Catholic church southwest of Brighton, in charge of Rev. Fr. Paul Wetzstein. Interment will be in the cemetery adjoining the church.

Wilbur ZELINSKI of Near Brighton Dies

BRIGHTON, Oct. 7 -- Wilbur ZELINSKI, 35, died this morning at the Jefferson county hospital, Fairfield, where he was taken following a stroke of paralysis he had suffered Tuesday. He had been in his customary health prior to Tuesday.

Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Monday morning at the Polish Catholic church, southwest of Brighton, in charge of Rev. Paul Wetzstein. Burial will be in the adjacent cemetery. The body was brought to the F. A. Hoskins funeral home, Brighton, and Mr. Hoskins has charge of funeral arrangements.

Wilbur ZELINSKI was born in March, 1909, a son of Joseph and Agnes PECK ZELINSKI. The home was on a farm southwest of Brighton. Following the death of his mother a few years ago, he continued to live on the farm with his father. One sister is deceased.

He is survived by his father, a brother, Edmund, and sister, Mrs. Leo DEUTSCH, both living southwest of Brighton.
