Services Saturday morning at St. Mary's for native of Poland

Mrs. Takel Anna DRISH, 85, native of Poland, passed away at her home, 309 West Madison street, at 11:45 o'clock Wednesday evening.

The body will be returned to the residence from the Hoskins Funeral Home this evening. Rosary will be recited both this evening and tomorrow evening, at 8 o'clock at the family home. Services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic church, in charge of Rev. H. M. Thoman. Burial will be in the Polishville cemetery (sic - St. Mary's Cemetery).

Mrs. DRISH was born July 6, 1856 in Poland. She came to Iowa in 1880 and made her home in East Pleasant Plain. From there she moved to Fairfield in 1917. Her husband preceded her in death October 24, 1916 and two children, Florence and Peter, have passed away.

Surviving her are the following children, Mrs. John KESSEL, Pious DRISH, Mathias DRISH and Mrs. Peter POHREN, all of Fairfield, and Mrs. Leo POHREN of East Pleasant Plain. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
