Died in Washington.

Charles HOBSON, a young man who was reared in the vicinity of Pleasant Plain, but who has been in the west for several years, died at Coulee City, Wash., the 12th inst. There are many friends in this county who will mourn his death, for he was an excellent citizen and a successful business man. Mr. HOBSON was married to Miss Lottie, E. daughter of Enos B. SHAW of Buchanan township, about seven years ago, and the wife and three children survive the husband and father and will have the sympathy of the community in the affliction which has come to them.

Note: He is buried in WA. Wife Lottie died in 1941 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, in Lot Old.P.129 with her parents Enos B. and Sibella SHAW.
