Mrs. LOUDEN Is Taken In Death At Sarasota

Mrs. R. Bruce LOUDEN, former prominent Fairfield resident, was found dead in bed this morning in her apartment at the Orange Blossom hotel in Sarasota, Fla., where she had been making her home.

She was found about 9 a.m. today by a maid who went to the apartment to do the cleaing (sic). Mrs. LOUDEN died sometime during the night of a heart attack.

The body is being returned to Fairfield for services and burial. The last rites will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Raymond funeral home with the Rev. C. R. Douglass in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mary Walker KAMP LOUDEN, 74, was born May 21, 1885, in Ossining, New York, the daughter of the late Henry and Sarah WALKER KAMP. She came to Fairfield with the family when she was a small child. She was the second of four daughters.

She was reared and educated in Fairfield, and united in marriage on Oct. 27, 1908, to R. Bruce LOUDEN. For many years the family home was at 501 W. Adams street. While a resident of this community Mrs. LOUDEN was prominent in local affairs and at Sarasota she was a member of the Women's club and the Episcopal church.

She is survived by two children; Robert W. LOUDEN, Sarasota, Fla.; and Mrs. George BOSSHART, Atlantic City, N. J. She is also survived by four grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Park RUSSELL, Fairfield.

Mrs. LOUDEN was preceded in death by her husband, parents, an infant son and two sisters, Mrs. L. D. JAMES and Mrs. George BONFIELD.
