Mendy Lynn BIBBY

Mendy Lynn BIBBY, daughter of Buck BIBBY and Tabitha BOUGHNER of Libertyville, was born prematurely at 7:21 p.m. and died at 8:32 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2011, in the Jefferson County Health Center emergency room in Fairfield.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Jim McGaffey officiating. The body has been cremated.

Family visitation will be 10:30-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials to the family may be left at the funeral home or may be mailed to the family at P.O. Box 55, Libertyville 52567.

Survivors include her parents and her grandparents: Debbie and John BURTLOW of Udell, Brenda COOK and Bill MANCHESTER of Douds and Michael BIBBY of Ottumwa.
