Mrs. TEETER Dies At Mt. Pleasant

Mt. PLEASANT, Ia. -- Mrs. Cora TEETER, resident of Mt. Pleasant since 1939, passed away Tuesday at the Henry county Memorial hospital after taking suddenly ill. She had been in failing health for some time and became worse Tuesday. She was taken to the hospital where she died an hour after her arrival.

Last rites will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Weir-Cookes funeral home in Mt. Pleasant.. Burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery at Brighton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9 p.m.

Mrs. Cora TEETER, 77, was born July 9, 1881, in Jefferson county, the daughter of Jonathan and Matilda HUTCHINSON LOUDER. She was married to William TEETER March 9, 1903, who passed away in 1935.

Mr. and Mrs. TEETER made their home in Fairfield for many years. The family home was at 801 W. Broadway. She was a member of the Fairfield Royal Neighbors and the Mt. Pleasant Congregational church.

She moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1939 to make her home with her niece, Bessie PARKER.

Mrs. TEETER is survived by a sister Vin LOUDER, Fairfield, and several nephews and nieces.
