Landon Garrett ELLIS

Landon Garrett ELLIS, 3.5 months, of Brighton, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at home.

A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Van Orsdall Cemetery near Ollie, with the Rev. Dave Peterson officiating.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Fremont Funeral Chapel, with a procession forming at 1:45 p.m. for travel to the cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Pekin Day Care Center in Packwood.

Landon was born March 22, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Liz BRIGHAM ELLIS of Brighton; one sister, Kali BRIGHAM of Brighton; his grandparents, Bob and Judy ELLIS of Ollie and David and Teresa BRIGHAM of Charlotte, N.C.; and his great-grandparents, Margaret ELLIS of Ollie, Wanda CONGER of Sigourney and Robert and Mary BRIGHAM of Warrensburg, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Garry STEFFGEN; and his great-grandparents, Don and Rose LEPLEY, Floyd and Vivian STEFFGEN and Ralph ELLIS and Woodrow CONGER.
