Joshua Lee HELTERBRAN

Joshua Lee HELTERBRAN died shortly after his birth at 11:27 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. He was born weighing 3 pounds, 6 ounces, to parents Carrie and Joshua HELTERBRAN.

A private graveside service was held Saturday with his mother and father.

A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Round Prairie Baptist Church, Lockridge, with Pastor Kevin Dice officiating.

Any plants or flowers received will be planted in the Joshua Lee Memorial Garden. Donations also may be made to Joshua and Carrie HELTERBRAN for the Joshua Lee Memorial Garden.

Survivors include one brother, Zachary HELTERBRAN of Birmingham; one sister, Alyssa PARKER of Birmingham; his grandparents, Calvin and Sherry HELTERBRAN of Lockridge, Rebecca and William GIBERSON of Packwood, Ronald and Carolyn TISOR of Mediapolis and Julie BAKER of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and one great-grandmother, Dixie SCHMITTER of Birmingham.

He was preceded in death by four great-grandfathers and three great-grandmothers.
