JESSE FORREST, ABINGDON, DIES.

Abingdon--Jesse FORREST, 74, died Tuesday afternoon at his farm home northwest of Abingdon... Services wll be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Abingdon Christian Church in charge of the Rev. Claude Wood. Burial will be in Abingdon Cemetery.... FORREST was born Sept. 25, 1888 in Jefferson County, the son of Curtis and Belle LOEHR FORREST. He spent his entire life in the Abingdon area. He was married to Mabel CLINE Feb. 23, 1922. Surviving are his wife and two children, Lee FORREST, Hedrick; and Mrs. Lucille GRIFFITHS, Des Moines. Three grandchildren also survive.
