Carroll "Cotton" CLOUGH, 90, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at Friendship Village Hospice of the Valley in Tempe, Ariz.
A memorial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Gerth Funeral Chapel in Memphis, Mo., with the Rev. Homer Poor officiating. Inurnment will be in Memphis Cemetery, Memphis, Mo., with military graveside rites by Wallace W. Gillespie Memorial Post No. 4958 of Memphis.

Mr. CLOUGH was born Sept. 10, 1920, on the family farm in Wyaconda, Mo., the son of Melvin Glenn and Nelly HUME CLOUGH.
Mr. CLOUGH served in the United States Army during World War II. Following his military service, he and his family spent many years living in Fairfield while he worked for the Michigan-Wisconsin Pipeline. He and his wife retired to the Phoenix, Ariz., area in 1987.
Survivors include four sons, Randy and wife Sandi of Burnsville, Minn., Michael and wife Vicki of Albuquerque, N.M., Curtis of Phoenix, Ariz., and Chris and wife Deb of Lovilia; one daughter, Linda and husband Charles of Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy Rose CLOUGH March 4, 2002; his parents; and three brothers, M.G., Max and Russell.
