"Isaac Webb died at his home in Packwood, June 8, 1920. Born in Warren County, Tenn., July 26 1829. Age 90-10-12. When a child of a few months his parents moved to Illinois and settled near Springfield, Sangamon County. His mother died when he was three years old and in 1841 he came with his father and two sisters to Iowa and settled a few miles northeast of where Packwood now is, but was then a wild prairie. In the year 1842 his father died living him an orphan at the age of thirteen years. On Jan. 22 1852 he married Ellen Orsborn (in Jefferson County). Thirteen children; nine of whom are left together with the aged wife and mother. Children: Mrs. Joseph Nelson of Linby; Jas. W. of Newmarket; R. A. of Prescott; J. R. and A. A. of Shelbyville, Mo.; Mrs. Lida Mowery of Hedrick; Mrs. G. L. Smith, Martha and I. O. of Packwood; two having died in childhood and two in young womanhood in the year 1886. There were 42 grandchildren, 67 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, making in all 124 descendants. United with the Christian Church in 1855. He was one of the 13 charter members of the Packwood Christian Church organized in the year 1890. . . . .Blue Point Cemetery."
