"BARRON. Elizabeth Caroline Turnbull, daughter of Wm. & Elizabeth Turnbull, born Apr 3 1851, and died July 19 1935, age 84-3-16. Married John H. Barron Apr 29 1873; he died May 5 1922. She was the last child of her family. M.E. Church. Five children: Arthur W. died Nov 14 1904; Frank H. died Jan 10 1892. Three living: Mrs. Ralph Neff, with whom she made her home; Mrs. Addie Caviness, Washington, Iowa; and Melville Barron of Ames, Iowa; three grandsons; two granddaughters. Mrs. John Clingman of Linby is a dau.-in-law. Wm. Barron, son of Arthur W., died in the Navy. Burial in Blue Point Cemetery. Six nephews of the deceased acted as pall bearers: Earl Shy, Lonnie Shy, Harry Shy, Will Shy, Lewis Kenyon and Tillie Harden."
