WILLIAM WIRTZ DIES IN DeKALB.

William W. WIRTZ, 77, former Fairfield resident and father of Secretary of Labor W. Willard WIRTZ, died at his home in DeKalb, Ill. WIRTZ graduated from Parsons college in 1907. His father, the late William A. WIRTZ, was a long-time member of the Parsons faculty, serving from 1889 to 1919. He was librarian from 1896 to 1899 and dean of the college from 1902 to 1919.
