"PLEASANT PLAIN. Died, at her home three miles east of Packwood, June 8, Mrs. Ellen R. Moore. Funeral services were held at the Friends church in this place Thursday. Interment in Friends Cemetery. Ellen R. Clark was born in Anne Arundel County, Md., Apr 13 1814, and moved to Belmont Co., Ohio with her parents when a child. Married Josiah McKinney in 1844, who lived but a few weeks. After four years she married William Moore, Jan. 21, 1849. He died Dec. 20 1863 leaving her with four small children, three of whom survive. . . . ."
