"Thomas Cartkill Lynn, son of Robert and Christine Lynn, born near Salina, Jefferson County, Iowa, July 3, 1851, died Aug 17 1930 age 79-1-14. Married Clara Anne Green Dec 7 1882; she died Mar. 3 1912. Two children, a daughter who died in infancy, and one son, Rollin Oran Lynn of Columbus Junction, Iowa. Two brothers and three sisters survive him: John Elliott Lynn, Seward, Nebr.; David T. Lynn, Nickerson, Kansas; Mrs. Geo. Weynard (Weyand?), Dodge City, Kansas; Mrs. Joseph Keiner, Garden City, Kansas; and Mrs. Ollie Hodgen, Fairfield, Iowa. One sister, Mrs. Margaret Edwards, preceded him in death. He also leaves 3 grandchildren. . . . ."
