"A GOOD MAN GONE. Ellwood Johnson died at his home 3 miles southwest of Pleasant Plain Sunday evening. Born in Highland Co., Ohio in 1843 and came to this county with his father, Barclay Johnson, in 1849. . . . .About three years ago married Mrs. Tillman Hinshaw who with one child survives him. . . . ."
