"Mrs. Ray Ireland, resident of Fairfield for the past 21 years, died at Jefferson Co. Hospital today. Cerebral hemorrhage. . . . .Anar Mary Hoskins, daughter of Joel and Ida Sharp Hoskins, was born Jan 25 1891 at Pleasant Plain; married Ray Ireland Feb 14 1910 and the couple moved to Fairfield in 1928, where she has since made her home. Husband died Dec 2 1946. She was a member of the Friends church at Pleasant Plain. She is survived by five sons, Cletis and Keith of Fairfield; Raymond, Mountain Home, Arkansas; Harold, Lake Forest, Illinois, and Kenneth, Iowa City; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. C. Verle Londquist, R. 2; and one brother, Seth Hoskins, ten miles north of Fairfield."
