Funeral Services For Frank NELSON Friday Afternoon

Funeral services for Frank NELSON, automobile crash victim, will be held Friday afternoon at (sic. ??) o'clock at the Hoskins Funeral Home. Rev. S.P. Williamson will be in charge. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn cemetery.

Mr. NELSON passed away at 1:30 Wednesday afternoon, of injuries sustained in an accident at Lockridge late Tuesday afternoon. Also a victim of the crash was A.C. NELSON, 55, of this city.

Franks O. NELSON was born June 10, 1867, in Salina. He is survived by his wife; two children, Rollie and Berl; three step-children, Mrs. BOYER of Wellman, V.J. DROZ and Glen E. DROZ of Cedar Rapids; and two brothers, L.J. NELSON of Fairfield and Harvey NELSON of Pontiac, Mich. One brother, Victor NELSON, preceded him in death.

Note: Arthur Chester NELSON and Frank NELSON were killed in a single vehicle accident in Lockridge, Iowa. Arthur is buried in Evergreen Cemetery while Frank is buried in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, both cemeteries in Fairfield.

[Admin. note: Frank was married twice, first to Vesta BATES and second to Anna BRUEY. Vesta is buried in Salina Cemetery, Anna is buried with Frank in Memorial Lawn.]
