MRS. C. L. HOPKIRK DIED LAST NIGHT

Did Not Recover from Recent Operation; Funeral Sunday At Lockridge

Mrs. Christina HOPKIRK of Lockridge died last night at 12:30 oclock at the Jefferson County hospital following an operation of several days ago. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 oclock from the Lockridge Baptist church in charge of Rev. Frank E. Weston of Mt. Pleasant. Interment will be made in the Lockridge cemetery.

Christian Louise (sic. a/k/a Louisa) DANIELSON was born September 20, 1862 (sic. 1852) in Sweden. She has lived the greater part of her life in the Lockridge community. She is survived by the following children, Eldra, Fern and Gordon at home, David of Chicago, Carl of Mount Hammill and Mrs. Mable GERMAN of Kewanee, Ill. Her husband (sic. John N. HOPKIRK) preceded her in death several years ago (sic. Feb. 19, 1904).
