DEATH CLAIMS DAVID EDLER
Services To Be Friday Morning at Hoskins Funeral Home

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Hoskins Funeral Home for David ELDER (sic), 77, Fairfield West End addition resident who died at his home at 11 p.m. Tuesday. He had been confined to his home for the last three years.

ELDER (sic) was born in Iowa on July 3, 1860 and had been a resident of the West End for the last 19 years. He is survived by four grandchildren and four brothers, John, Lewis, Pete and Frank of Fairfield.

Services will be conducted by Dr. W. F. Rex. Iterment (sic) will be in the Evergreen cemetery.

Note: Buried in the Public Grounds section, in Row 8, Space 17. He was married at least twice, first to Anna GELISH, and second to Margaret J. 'Janie' HULL HAMILTON. Margaret died in 1921 and it would be possible (but not confirmed) that he was married again. He was the son of Frederick Christian and Catherine Lindsay LEFFLER EDLER.
