"PLEASANT PLAIN. Relatives here have received word of the death of Mrs. A. M. Crumly, Minneapolis, Minn., who died Sun. Aug 29. She is a sister of Mrs. Leonard Pickard, East Pleasant Plain, and Belle Brinton, Richland; a former resident of the Pleasant Plain community. Mrs. Pickard and Miss Brinton plan to attend the funeral in Minneapolis. William Day, Brighton, who is a cousin, will accompany them."

"Ora H. Crumly, former resident of Brighton, died in Minneapolis, Minn. Aug 29. Born at Brighton, Iowa, Nov 15 1896, dau. of Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Brinton. She was reared and educated here; married Maynard Crumly Feb 15 1916. They later moved to Minneapolis. She was a member of the Friends church. Survived by her husband, A. M. Crumly; two sisters, Mrs. Leonard Pickard of East Pleasant Plain and Belle Brinton of Richland . . . . .Burial was in Lakewood cemetery at Minneapolis."
