Pg. 3Attend Last Rites Of Mrs. Charles C. CLARK.
Services were held today for Mrs. Charles C. CLARK, 88, who died Wednesday at her home in Burlington. She was a sister of the late Ralph LAMSON of this city. She was the former Ella LAMSON.
Rites will be in Prugh's chapel and the Rev. Bruce Masselink, pastor of the First Congregational church will officiate. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
Fairfield residents going to attend the services are Mr. and Mrs. Walter HUNT, Mr. and Mrs. John HUNT, Mrs. Fred HUNT, Mr. and Mrs. Tom HUNT, Mrs. R. Day HUNT, Nell HUNT, Ruth LAMSON, Mr. and Mrs. James LAMSON, Mr. and Mrs. Til JOHNSON, Mr. and Mrs. Louis GAINES and Mrs. Stella GAINES.

Daughter of Fairfield pioneer family of Ward and Mary LAMSON. Married Charles Clapp CLARK in 1885 and took up residence in Burlington, Iowa, where they died and are buried. The LAMSON and HUNT families were intertwined by marriages, hence the number of HUNT persons mentioned that attended the funeral for Ella LAMSON CLARK.Her husband, Charles Clapp CLARK (born July 10, 1859), died just a few months later, in Burlington, Iowa, on January 22, 1951. Both are buried at Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington, Iowa.
