MILLHOUSE Rites Set

Services for Mrs. Verna L. MILLHOUSE, 87, who died Friday at West Burlington, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home.

The Rev. J.E. Dorman and the Rev. John Vickers, Burlington, will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. this evening, Monday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. MILLHOUSE died at 10 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roberta SIMONSON. She had been in failing health the past year.

Verna L. MILLHOUSE was born Oct. 7, 1889, near Wyaconda, Mo., the daughter of Edward and Mary DODGE DOCHTERMAN.

Her marriage to Rolla L. MILLHOUSE took place Aug. 6, 1919. He preceded her in death April 6, 1969. For many years the family home was at 504 W. Madison in Fairfield.

Mrs. MILLHOUSE was a member of the First Christian Church and a 60-year member of Rebekah Lodge 386.

Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Roberta SIMONSON, West Burlington; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and a sister, Ruby BRAMMER, Lee's Summitt, Mo.(Sic. Lee's Summit, Mo.)
