Jesse Oliver RUGGLES, 84, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mable SABLE at Linby. Services Packwood Methodist Church; burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born Sept. 28, 1858, spent most of his life in Jefferson and Keokuk Counties; son of the late John and Martha RUGGLES. Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mable SABLE of Linby; two sons, Tony RUGGLES, Fairfield, and Wayne RUGGLES, Youngstown, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Nettie JOHNSON, Des Moines; two brothers, Cyrus of Packwood and Amos of Batavia.
