Cyrus Richard RUGGLES, 88, lifetime resident of Jefferson County, died at his home in Packwood Friday. Heart attack. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born in Jefferson County Mar. 28, 1866, son of John C. and Martha OSBORNE RUGGLES; married Lillie CLINE Feb. 7, 1889. Farmer. Member Linby Baptist Church. Survived by wife, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ruby RUGGLES, Fairfield; 3 grandchildren, Mrs. Edith GRIMES, Packwood; Mrs. Eloise BAUMGARTNER, Ollie, and Cedric Hole RUGGLES, and five greatgrandchildren.
