Obit. Claudius F. RITCHEY, son of Benjamin F. and Sarah A. RITCHEY, born Warren Co., Ind., July 12, 1872. came to Iowa with Parents March 1, 1900, and settled on a farm near Brookville. On March 18, 1916, married Elizabeth BOTTORFF, and to this union was born one son, Merlin. He leaves one brother, U. S. RITCHEY and one foster sister, Mrs. Will LYON of Merna, Nebraska. Mr. RITCHEY died Fri., Aug. 28, age 59-1-16. Services at Packwood Methodist Church. Member IOOF Lodge of Perlee; also M.W.A. Burial in Packwood Cemetery.
