Mrs. Nora D. PAXSON, 86, Richland, died today at Jefferson County Hospital. Raymond Funeral Home. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born Dec. 14, 1885, near Linby in Jefferson County, daughter of James A. and Eliza F. (STUBBS) SUTTON, reared and educated in the Packwood community; member Packwood Methodist Church. Married Fred PAXSON May 1, 1912; he died Feb. 23, 1968. Survivors include one son, Merle PAXSON, Mt. Pleasant; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
