Samuel N. PARKS, 81, resident of Fairfield 20 years, died Friday at his home 207 S. Second St. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born Sept. 16, 1878, at Seymour, Iowa, son of Jonathan B. and Mary Ann KELLER PARKS; married Minnie BOWMAN Sept. 7, 1899. Farmed near Seymour before moving to Fairfield 20 years ago. Member Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. Survived by wife and children: Floyd PARKS, Maquoketa, Iowa; Jonathan PARKS, Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Iris BRUNNER, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Mrs. Verda ZUEHLKE, Libertyville, and Mrs. Edith ORCHARD, Omaha; eight grandchildren; 11 greatgrandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mina SHEPHERD, Rockford, Ill.
