Mrs. Minnie Ethel PARKS, 90, died Friday at Council Bluffs. Behner Funeral Home. Resident of Fairfield and Packwood communities for more than 50 years. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born June 15, 1880, in Keokuk County, daughter of Washington and Mary Jane SISSON BOWMAN; married Sept. 7, 1899, Samuel N. PARKS; he died Jan. 15, 1960. Member Pleasant Grove Methodist Church; survived by four children: Floyd PARKS, Maquoketa; Mrs. Isis BRUNNER and Mrs. Verda ZEUHLKE, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and Mrs. Edith ORCHARD, Omaha, Neb.; 8 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. She was the last member of a family of 12 children.
