Mrs. Lucy OGIER died today at home of her daughter, Mrs. Barbara CUMMINGS, 507 N. Main. Mrs. OGIER's home was in Ottumwa, she had been visiting her daughter the past ten days. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born June 20, 1855, in Pennsylvania. Her husband, James, died 31 years ago. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Barbara CUMMINGS, Fairfield; Mrs. Mary ESTES, Ottumwa; Mrs. Nell MARTIN, Ottumwa, and Mrs. Grace WILKINS, Ottumwa; one son, Ben, of La Porte, Ind.
