PACKWOOD. Dr. Eli Watson MOORMAN, Ioka, fatally injured last Friday.... His brother Dr. C. T. MOORMAN sent for, but nothing could save his life. Death came Saturday morning. Born near Jamestown, Greene Co. O., July 4, 1840, came to Keokuk Co. in the autumn of 1875. Successful and popular physician.... Youngest of seven brothers, four of whom were eclectic physicians. He was the youngest brother and Dr. C. T. MOORMAN of Packwood is now the only one living. A brother, Marshall MOORMAN of Mystic is here to attend the funeral, and Attorney P. L. MOORMAN of Richland. Three sisters and one brother reside in Greene Co., Ohio, and his wife survives him. They had no children. Interment in Packwood Cemetery.
