Obit. Harriet Emma HUSS GARDNER, daughter of Sarah WILSON HUSS and John HUSS, born in Penn. Feb. 28, 1863, died near her home, Packwood, Oct. 16, 1927. When a small child came with parents to Jefferson County, married George F. GARDNER. Survivors are husband and three children, four grandchildren: John R. GARDNER and son Clyde McKennis, Chicago; Pearl GARDNER of Newton and daughter Mary Ilene and son Teddy George of Packwood; Mabel GARDNER HUNT and daughter Violet Mae Francis at home; also four sisters and three brothers. Burial in Packwood Cemetery.
