Wm. Clarence, son of Wm. & Cynthia Jane (LONGERBONE) CLINE, born near Abingdon, Jefferson County, Iowa, Mar. 25, 1880; died June 6, 1944, age 64-2-13. Married Ora May NELSON of Pekin, Iowa, Feb. 12, 1908 and they moved to a farm n.w. of Fairfield. Five children: Mrs. James COIL, Sigourney; Oren C., Bloomfield; Forrest Arthur and Ivan Erleu, both at home, and Cynthia Lorene who died Aug. 30, 1935. Surviving besides wife and four children are four grandsons and brothers and sisters: Mrs. Cyrus RUGGLES, Linby; Mrs. Cora RAMEY, Ottumwa; Mrs. Hiram POWELSON, St. Cloud, Minn.; Carl CLINE and Bertie CLINE, Abingdon. Burial in Packwood Cemetery.
