Mrs. Virginia Elizabeth CLARK died today at home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruby RUGGLES; burial in Packwood Cemetery. Resided in Jefferson County 50 years. Born Jan. 4, 1868, Scott Co., Va., daughter of Samuel and Lucy BRICKEY PETERS; married Jan. 24, 1884, to John L. HALE, who preceded her in death; married B. F. (sic - B. E.) CLARK July 26, 1904, who died May 21, 1934. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ruby RUGGLES, Fairfield, and Mrs. Magdalene GARREIS, Lynnwood, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary WADE, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Nettie GODSON (?), Downs, Kansas.
