Joseph Grant BOTTORFF, 95, resident of Packwood, died Thurs. at Nelson Nursing Home west of Fairfield. Raymond Funeral Home. Burial in Packwood Cemetery. Born Oct. 29, 1867, near Packwood, son of Felix and Mary TURNBULL BOTTORFF (Felix and Mary buried Blue Point Cem.). Reared and educated in the Packwood community and married Cora STEPHENSON Sept. 24, 1891. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Methodist church and spent his entire life in Jefferson County. Survived by two sons, Gerald of Packwood, and Keith of Tecumseh, Mich. Seven grandchildren and nine greatgrandchildren also survive. Preceded in death by his wife on Apr. 7, 1950, four daughters, two sons, one brother and a sister.
