HADLEY, Doug -- Doug HADLEY, 39, of Pleasant Hill, formerly of Packwood, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at home.
Arrangements are pending. Arrangements are in the care of Hamilton Funeral Home of Des Moines, assisted by Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

HADLEY, Douglas Dean -- Douglas Dean HADLEY, 39, of Pleasant Hill, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at home.
A funeral was held this morning at Berean Assembly of God Church in Pleasant Hill. A graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Packwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mr. HADLEY's children.
Mr. HADLEY was born April 2, 1969, in Sigourney, the son of Sue and Carl HADLEY.
Mr. HADLEY received an associate's degree from Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa and a bachelor's degree in music education from Iowa Wesleyan College in Mount Pleasant. He was a self-employed architect and owner of Iowa PC Enterprises. He was an experienced draftsman with Fairfield Lumberyard. He also had been an on-air personality on KMCD radio.
Mr. HADLEY had played in the percussion section of the Southeast Iowa Symphony and in his church band.
He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers, Iowa Hawkeyes and racecar driver Jeff Gordon.
Survivors include his wife, Michelle; five children, Alexandria, Faith, Gabriel, Luke and Blake; his parents of Packwood; one sister, Diana THOMAS of Johnson Creek, Wis.; and his grandmother, Lora UTTERBACK.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Thelma HADLEY and Willard UTTERBACK.
