HEADLEY, Ronald Craig -- Ronald Craig HEADLEY, 56, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Mike Metz officiating. Interment will follow in Wright Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials and cards may be made in his memory. Cards and memorials may be sent to 15734 Highway 1, Birmingham 52535.

Mr. HEADLEY was born Dec. 28, 1950, in Fairfield, the son of "Bud" and Betty PETERS HEADLEY. He married Jeri Lee FORINASH, and they later divorced.

Mr. HEADLEY graduated from Fairfield High School in 1969 and attended Parsons College. He was self-employed as a farmer and a truck driver.

He was a Hawkeye fan, as well as a NASCAR and tractor-pull fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and Great Dane dogs. His hobbies included watching John Wayne movies.

Survivors include three children, Jody HEADLEY of Hot Springs, Ark., Mindy HEADLEY of Overland Park, Kan., and Craig HEADLEY and wife Devon of Birmingham; one stepgrandson; and two sisters, Ange LEE of Wellman and Kelly HAHN of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
