OBITUARY - Mrs. Elizabeth Blucher.
Elizabeth Blucher, daughter of Michael and Catherine Cunningham, was born in Grantsville, Md., Feb. 11,1842, and departed her life at Glasgow, Ia., Jan. 25, 1927, being at the time of her death 84 years 11 months and 14 days. She was united in marriage to Daniel P. Blucher Aug. 15, 1867 at Frostburg, Md. To this union five children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband Nov. 15, 1910, and three children - Frank, Nov. 9, 1897; Clarence, April 9, 1910, and Annie Catherine who died in infancy. She leaves to mourn her loss James and Ellen of Glasgow, Ia., 3 grandchildren, LLoyd, Everett and Marjorie; 2 great-grandchildren, Agatha Belle and Ethelda Elizabeth, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was the last of a family of four children.
They came to Brooklin, Iowa, in 1867, where they made their home until 1876, moving to Jefferson County, Iowa. They located at Libertyville, coming to Glasgow in 1892......Brethren Church.
