Arrangements are pending at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.

A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at West Chester Cemetery, with the Rev. Dan McClure officiating. American Legion Post No. 29 of Washington will conduct military honors.
Family visitation will be 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.
Memorials to Brighton Volunteer First Responders or Hospice of Washington County have been established.
Mr. MARTIN was born Nov. 1, 1919, near Ainsworth, the son of Joseph William and Iva Ann Wallace MARTIN. He married Bernice KELLEY Nov. 14, 1944.
Mr. MARTIN grew up in the Ainsworth and Keota areas and attended local schools. He farmed all of his life in the West Chester and Keota areas, until moving to Brighton about 20 years ago.
Mr. MARTIN was a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of Wellman; one daughter, Karen GUENGERICH and husband Wilson of Washington; three sons, Bill MARTIN of Wellman, Kenneth MARTIN and wife Rhonda of Washington and Mike MARTIN of Tucson, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Helen BROWN of Des Moines, Bessie ROBBINS and Ruth CARR, both of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson; one brother, Floyd MARTIN; and two sisters, Jean DUNBAR and Florence JACKSON.
