Raymond H. JOHNSON, 76, 303 E. Kirkwood, died Wed. evening at Veterans Hospital in Iowa City. Raymond Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Salina Cemetery.
Born Jan. 9, 1892, near Salina, son of Henry and Rose JOHNSON; reared and educated in the Salina community. Jan. 1, 1921, married Eva ANDERSON in the New Sweden parsonage near Lockridge. A retired farmer, he was a veteran of World War I, member Lockridge Lutheran Church, VFW and American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Floyd, Ottumwa, and Lyle, Lockridge; one daughter, Viola, who lives in Oskaloosa; two brothers, Ralph and Clifford, both of Salina; a sister, Mrs. Alma BLACK, four grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
